Automatic, thorough and controlled
MS has cultivated the sealing of thermoplastic via ultrasound for the highest requirements. The close interplay between generator and sonotrode requires special coordination – which at MS begins as early as the component development stage.
The electronics and the integration of MS machines into customers' production networks are complex, and tool layout is highly technical and compact. Our understanding of our customers' individual requirements enables us to offer specific solutions, also when it comes to programming and layout. Our know-how can be combined with state-of-the-art robot lines. In our own laboratory, we ensure that sealing parameters are defined precisely, and integrated into the development and design of your machine.
Generators
The digital generators with automatic frequency control from our MS SoniGEN range are of modular design and precisely coordinated with our converters and sonotrodes. This guarantees you maximum repeatability in the sealing process plus full documentation of it.
Sonotrodes
The
sonotrodes are painstakingly adapted to the workpiece-specific sealing tasks,
and special designs are developed whenever necessary.
