Over 20 years of experience in the ultrasonic technology sector have created unique know-how, reflected not least of all in the special efficiency of our ultrasonic sealing systems. One example here is the world-first from MS: Cut and Seal without the sacrificial film! A layer of film to protect the sonotrode during cutting and sealing operations is no longer necessary on the MS SoniPAC CuS cut and seal module. This reduces your costs enormously. We'll be happy to discuss customized sonotrodes and anvils for special packaging and applications with you personally.
Innovative generators
Shortened sealing times and increased yield: MS SoniGEN is the very latest, fully-digital generator generation.
Specifically developed for the packaging industry and precisely adapted to converters and sonotrodes, it reduces sealing times in a way that is unrivaled on the market. You will sharply increase the yield of your packaging line. This latest generation of generators guarantees maximum efficiency plus maximum repeatability in the packaging process as a whole. Moreover MS SoniGEN also gives you peace of mind by fully documenting the entire sealing process.
High-precision sonotrode clamping system
The innovative mounting holder from MS reduces temperature expansion in the oscillating structure. The highly stable system allows precise mounting in the micron range – enabling, among other things, cutting and sealing without sacrificial film. The entirely new sonotrode clamping system improves the permanent production of high-quality sealing and enables integrated ultrasonically sealed surfaces.
